Jeremy just left with the finalized offer-letter. The seller doesn’t want to pay any closing costs, so we offered about 4900 less than the asking price. The closing costs will be around 11000 so by offering less than the asking price, we are trying to even out a bit…

The asking price was right in line with comparable houses in the area, so we didn’t want to go too low. The problem with that is I can not go any higher. If they don’t like it, I am back to looking again.
