Things were moving too fast. The fact that both of us had met each other’s parents made it seem that we were half-way to being engaged.
That’s not really what either of us wanted, so she asked that we take a break for a few weeks and see what happens then.
I feel relieved about the whole thing now.
I am glad for you. I think you two are doing the right thing and I can not wait to see how this ends up…I think just a little break to slow things down is good. But I also think that in a few weeks when you start up again, things will be awesome! I can’t wait to see what develops from this. Glad your stress is gone, and just in time to party it up on your birthday! Isn’t God great!
