I have been getting calls on my cell phone that list 651-000-000 in the caller id. It has been happening off and on for about a month now. After some research, I found a blog that mentions someone getting a call from the same number. They were able to get the woman to admit that she was calling on behalf of Randy Kelly.
Normally I wouldn’t care too much. But this is coming in on my cell phone and currently, that is illegal. I guess if they don’t stop, I will have to submit it to Verizon.
